I did not even get to try the food. But I joined the wait list around 11:45am and at 1:10pm I noticed the tracking website got stuck on 4 tables in front of us, we went inside to check what had happened and saw about 15 tables empty. Then, someone came to tell us that they will close early today and the only tables they would serve were the ones seating right now. I immediately left, hungry and angry. Can’t believe I gave it a try and waited so long.
Tried Flipped Breakfast and Brunch in Odessa, Tx this week and it did not disappoint. I ordered their Spring Special breakfast—Crab Cakes Benedict with breakfast potatoes—and everything was spot on. The crab cakes were perfectly flaky, and the poached eggs were cooked just right, bringing it all together beautifully. They were pretty busy for a Tuesday morning, but the service never slipped. My server was attentive, thorough, and made sure everything was taken care of. Great food and solid service—I’ll definitely be back.
Breakfast 🥞 was made tooooo perfection. Avocado 🥑 was just right, breakfast potatoes was seasoned 😋 & cooked just like I like it. Family environment. Nice holiday decor. Waiter was pleasant and on point. Food was served hot. Healthy food and drinks.
